The instructor is one of the key persons who are affected by the actions of Joe. This is because he had allotted the task to Joe and when Joe tried reaching him, he could not be reached. The individuals whose information is on the computer, have all been affected, as the computer was accessed by a person without authorization, and this puts their information at a risk of being misused.
